Une journée au Main Event des WSOP 2021 avec le NBA All-Star Tony Parker et Jean-Luc Adam, un champion du monde de poker suivi de la soirée VIP GGPoker au VooDoo Rooftop Nightclub

Tony Parker est devenu le premier joueur à se qualifier pour le Main Event des World Series of Poker de cette année. Parker a gagné son ticket d’entrée aux qualifications lorsqu’il a remporté un événement caritatif connu sous le nom de Big Game Poker Tournament qui s’est tenu en janvier 2021 à San Antonio. Dans ce tournoi, il a battu 218 joueurs. Longtemps connu comme un passionné de poker, Parker a eu l’opportunité de prouver qu’il peut jouer à des jeux d’argent à gros enjeux.

Le même jour, Jean-Luc Adam, un expatrié français, qui vit à Saint Martin dans les Caraïbes, a battu Eugene Salomon en gagnant 255 623 $ lors de l’Event #58 : 1000 $ Super Seniors No-Limit Hold’em et a fini par décrocher le bracelet d’or.

C’est son premier bracelet, mais il a déjà gagné deux bagues dans sa carrière pour les tournois jusqu’à ce point.

Il a parlé humblement de sa passion, de la chance qu’il avait d’avoir un cycle de succès qu’il pouvait gérer sans s’être inflammé même s’il a aussi eu un cycle de malchance, et a dit que c’était inattendu, il ne pouvait pas encore réaliser ce qu’il lui arrivait. Il pensait que c’était inaccessible !

Pour ses efforts, la cerise sur le gâteau, c’est que c’est Tony Parker, un athlète et une personne dont il est fan et qu’il admire, qui lui a remis plus tard son bracelet.

Pour terminer la cérémonie et la journée, le GGPoker avait organisé une soirée VIP au VooDoo Rooftop Nightclub du Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. Situé juste au-dessus de l’élégant et exotique VooDoo Steakhouse, je me suis dirigée vers la terrasse sur les toits avec Fabien Richard, un journaliste français de Poker, qui a créé un blog intitulé « Au Coeur de Vegas » et actif sur PokerVoyageur, accompagnés de David Guay, un joueur de poker professionnel et créateur de la marque « Until I’m Done » et Julien Pérouse, joueur de poker professionnel et fondateur de Step Up Poker.
