Las Vegas, known for its vibrant nightlife and culinary scene, welcomed a new addition to its gastronomic landscape with the soft opening of Happy Camper at the Fashion Show Mall on January 30th and 31st. This exciting venture marks the first collaboration between Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and Chicago-based restaurant group, Happy Hospitality, bringing a slice of pizza paradise to Sin City.

Happy Camper is not just a restaurant — it’s a social gathering spot designed to bring people together for good times and great food. Nestled within the Fashion Show Mall, this lively establishment offers a vibrant ambiance with its playful decor, including disco balls, neon lights, and even a vintage camper. The expansive indoor and outdoor dining areas, featuring a large patio, bar, and dining room, can accommodate up to 200 guests, making it the perfect destination for gatherings of all sizes.

Irresistible Culinary Offerings

Guests at Happy Camper can indulge in a tantalizing array of comfort foods and signature pizzas crafted with care and creativity. From mouthwatering appetizers like Queso Elote Dip and Mozzarella Breadsticks to savory options like Chicken Wings and Baja Fish Tacos, there’s something to satisfy every craving. Of course, the star of the show is the pizza, available in both Happy Camper’s signature dough and tavern-style crust. Choose from classic favorites like cheese and pepperoni or opt for specialty pizzas like BBQ Chicken and Prosciutto & Spinach.

With Gene by my side, we eagerly perused the menu, our mouths watering at the thought of the delectable offerings awaiting us. From the moment we dipped into the irresistible Whipped Feta and savored the delicious Hummus Plate, we were hooked. Also, I could not resist to eat all of the delicious French fries!!! The flavors were bold and satisfying, setting the stage for the culinary delights to come.

Just when we thought our evening couldn’t get any better, Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel came to greet us at our table, adding a personal touch to our dining experience. His passion for food and dedication to quality were evident in every dish, and we were honored to have the opportunity to chat with him about his culinary inspirations.

Refreshing Beverages and More

No meal at Happy Camper is complete without a refreshing beverage to accompany it. Sip on the signature Big A$$ Lemonade, indulge in Chambongs, or opt for a classic Margarita to elevate your dining experience. I opted for the Hot & Unbothered. For those looking to share a drink with friends, pitchers are also available, ensuring that the good times keep rolling all night long.

An Invitation to Experience Happiness

As Happy Camper continues its soft opening celebration, guests are invited to experience the joy and excitement of this newest addition to the Las Vegas dining scene. Whether you’re craving a casual lunch, a lively dinner with friends, or a late-night snack, Happy Camper has you covered. With its diverse menu, welcoming atmosphere, and prime location on the Las Vegas Strip, Happy Camper promises to be a must-visit destination for locals and tourists alike.
